How would you rate the Blue Devil Battalion events and teams during this semester? What did you like and dislike? What would you do to make it better during the 2nd semester?
Tell me about the Service Learning field trips, School Support projects and Team Activities. (Raider, Drill, Color Guard, Exhibition, Rifle Team and Academic Team National Competition)
I personally liked the different teams, i was kind of sad i couldnt do raiders anymore but it gave me more time to study though. But anyways, i like drill team, its fun , but im also sad that Savannah wont be our drill instuctor anymore. Both teams were very fun to be in and i wouldnt mind doing it again next semester. But, one thing i really like is the JROTC credit union, i think that was the BEST idea so far.
The JROTC teams were good this semester especially since there were a variety of them. The only thing about them is that I think they should keep the members more informed about practices and activities, even though they do say it on the afternoon announcements they sometimes forget. The field trips were good too, they were very educational.
I like the Raiders trail now that it is all clean and we can do two rope bridges at once. The trip to Fort Benning Infantry Museum was fun and we learned too. The State Raider Competition helped us to learn how to compete at competition and how we can improve personally and as a team. But I wish we could have a longer practice and make it harder. We should also have a cut off for the amount of Raiders that can join like first come first serve for next year. -C/2lt Harrison Murphy LET 1 period 2
I loved being a part of the multiple teams available in JROTC for the 1st semester. I loved the wide variety that there was so that everyone could do something they would enjoy doing. The trip to the State Raider Competition really helped open our eyes to see what we had to compete against. I really enjoyed going to downtown Atlanta and working with SFC Buckland with the JLC cadets, it was a great experience. The schedule of practices for the teams got sort of mixed up at the end of the semester, but besides that I had no dislikes.
I really enjoyed being a part of the Raider team when the year was just starting. I was only there for a short time, but it was fun while it lasted. I hope to join the Rifle Team next semester and do the best I can.
this semester was fantastic in terms of teams and activities after school etc. the trip to fort benning was one of the best if not the best "school" trip ive EVER been on. i am going to work hard in Varsity Rifle team and serve my team well in all competitions.
i liked all the field trips that we went to. The trips were no ordinary boring trips, the trips were fun and motivated some people to achieve something higher; so they can be duing the action instead of watching the action. The teams are well of and i think we will win some competitions.

teams were great, Raiders, Drill, Color Guard, and Rifle Team were awesome. i loved the idea of teams from the start, and still do, some of the teams could be a little more organized, like raiders, ive heard they are kinda disorganized, but thats not something to be overly dramatic about. so overall, i loved the teams this semester. This semester was pretty good and i had alot of fun with all the extra activities.I personally liked the 911 ceremony and the veteran night we did in golden coral.I think helping other people is really nice and active and we can get know in the community for our good leadership.I also love drill and the raiders team and rifle team caused everything was well organized.The only thing we have to work harder is on staying more cofused and more motivated we can do it but we got to yes try.
