To help prevent sexual harassment, i would have a talk with some of my friends and try to help them out the best way i can and be there to listen. I also have observed/Experienced sexual harassment many times and i haven't really learned how to deal with it. I never been the person to actually step up but i have made a big change and i am sure that nothing like that will ever occur without a consequence. Any one of any age can go through sexual harassment its up to you if you are willing to give your help.
You can prevent sexual harassment by confronting the situation or reporting it to someone you trust. The problems aren't just going to go away. Schools and businesses should already have policies set up regarding sexual harassment. The work area is unsafe if it's happening time after time. In school, a student should report it to a counselor and figure out how to deal with the situation.
To help prevent sexual harassment, you simply have to tell someone. That's the main problem is that people do not let others know so its hard to get away from it. As leaders, we should be able to pin point a situation of sexual harrasment before it starts, and definitely before it gets out of hand. we can prevent it by approaching the conflict and personally dealing with it or let teachers, parents, friends of love ones know what the problem is so they can help out and stop the harrasment. and if the harrasment is done to you personally, you can prevent it by standing up and telling the person they should stop and that you dont feel comfortable with what they're doing. if none doesnt stop the problem, go to a higher power and authority for help.

i would make it more awere to the students at norcross. Also i would find ways to get adults to have meeting to help these kis, that are having trouble at school.
A few months back I was riding home from school with my neighbor and one day they stayed in the parking lot to talk and her friends were joking around with her. One of them picked her up and threw her on his shoulder and called his friend over and told him to start hitting her butt. i could tell by the look on her face that she was uncomfortable.Even tthough they were older and bigger than me, I could have gone over to them and told them to stop.
I can prevent sexual harassment at Norcross High School by not participating in it and not allowing others to sexually harass me. If someone does harass me, I can confront them about it and tactfully ask them to stop or in more extreme cases I can seek a teacher's help. I can also stand up for my peers that I see being sexually harassed.

To prevent sexual harassment everyone should know that the first step to prevent it is to tell an adult if you see it going on around you at school or if it is happening to you. I think that if it happens in any of our JROTC companies that there should be NO second chances. That the person should lose their rank and suffer ANY consequences. We should all be mature and not have to have any of these problems. I haven't actually seen any going on in my class but i did hear that 3rd period had some problems with this. I think it was a GREAT idea to take the time this week to talk about this because now everyone knows they shouldn't do this.

i cans top sexual harassment at norcross high school by telling an teacher or other adult when i see it going on. and i can say that i have experienced sexual harassment when i was walking up the stairs oneday and a boy that i didnt even know walked behind me and touched my behind unwantedly, and the way i handled it ovbiously made him never do nothing stupid like that again. that put me in a very weird place and i never want to be in that place again.
