Remenber cadets, hard times do not last but hard cadets do. When it is to tough for every one else, it's just about right for the members of the Blue Devil Battalion.
I know I am not the most fit person in the program, but I still have high goals. I would extremely proud of myself if I met all the requirements for the Presidential Fitness Award. I know that task may seem very difficult, but I know I can successfully accomplish it. If I put my mind to it, and work hard I can meet my goals, and possibly surpass them.

My personal goal is to keep my stamina up. Also to be fit and healthy. This includes not to eat a whole lot of junk food. I also want to finish the mile in less than 9 min. With the completion of these goals, i will be on track to do good onn the fitness test.

my physical fitness goals are to get stronger and be able to do 100 pushups in one minutes. also to achieve a healthy lifestyle in preparation for cadet challenge. also run a mile under 6 minute and build stamina for the 10k mile run. i will achieve this goal but eating right and being more active and doing strength exercise to build strength, both physical and mentally, so when cadet challenge comes my way ill be more than ready!
My physical fitness goals to prepare for The Cadet Challenge Physical Fitness Test is to always stay fit and remain active always. I really am not the best runner and at first i wasn't all that into exercising but now i am and i try to keep my raider team motivated. I am trying everyday to work on my push-ups and sit ups and try to do as many as i can in a minute and that is what im going to be doing everyday.
