i identify leadership by finding myself a little more responsible with my actions now. i also see my self standing up for my beliefs and and thoughts and not backing down what so ever. i see others standing up for themselves as well which makes them leaders!
How i identify leadership in others is how well and helpul the work with others around them.For me,I identify myself as aleader because of how hard i work to achieve my goals and i help others to accomplish theirs in the same or different way.A leader should always have pride in his/her life as well as pride and respect for their country.

I identify others and myself as a leader when you take action and pride into what you're doing. You can't be shy and unconfident about what you're doing, because that wouldnt make you a leader. Leadership is when you are commited, and you put your mind, strength, and actions together. That is how I know when others and/ or when I am a leader.
How i identify myself as a leader is when I help out the other cadets in their work, when they come to me with questions and when we do Pt's every Friday. I feel that for myself to be a good leader is to give support to all the other cadets make them feel comfortable and make them want to be like me! When they make an error tell them they made an error and tell them it's okay, you get the hang of it. I know that I've made a good example of myself and i can make others want to be a great leader like i am. I had so many Let two's and one's tell me i did a great job as a Pt instructer it makes me feel good and want to do better. I know i will improve my leadership skills even more, my dream is to become a drill instructer for the U.S. Marines! I also notice the Let two's show great leadership when they give our commands for drills, they really make great examples of themselves!

To me leadership isn't something you are, it is something you obtain. What I mean by this is that you must consistintly work hard and do more than is asked of you. When I say consistintally I mean wherever you are, when ever you are, because a true leader is a leader in and outside of the classroom.
There are many ways to identify leadership. It really depends on your point of view, whether your the one showing leadership, or receiving it. I see leadership all day, everyday, in others and in myself. Leadership, for the most part, is a person being able to properly instruct someone to do something that needs to be done. Leaders have respect for everyone, whether that's themselves or others around him. I have seen my leadership skills increase dramatically since joining the program. I have seen myself stand up for something I believe in, or help out with something I would never have thought to do and for the most part I really enjoy it. I also see leadership as someone who does something positive whether another person is watching, or not, they just do it out of pure nature.

Leadership is shown through many different ways. It's shown through taking charge of a group, encouraging fellow teammates, resolving conflict efficiently, taking responsibility for actions and many other ways. But a true leader doesn't just show a few leadership qualities(some of which i listed) they show many leadership qualities.

i think that you identify leadership in others by their actions. If a leader can pull through trouble and achieve the goal with the followers ok, they are a good leader.
